Never to old to play...B1-B2

  1. In the video appears a nursing home in France, where uses the last technology in videogames. They say: It’s not just to keep entertainment. These games give a good workout to.
    The elder residents play with the Wii console in a boxing game and other sport games, thanks to which they can exercise their fingers and improve their memory and dexterity.
    Madam Muller is an old woman who has 69 years old and says that, she loves the videogames because she moves everything: arms, neck, head and fists.
    The controllers detect movement in 3 dimensions. That make boxing on the screen almost a real thing.
    Another resident called Sam feels a he’s a teenager playing videogames.

    I already knew this use for gaming, and I think it’s a good way for the elders to exercise. But it needs more investigation because not all benefits them. Their nervous system it’s not ready for the videogames and unsupervised use can cause damage.
